We collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, job titles, usernames, passwords, billing addresses, payment information, and similar details you voluntarily provide when registering for or using LeadScore AI.
We automatically collect IP addresses, device data, browser characteristics, log data, location information, and usage data when you visit or interact with LeadScore AI.
We process your information to facilitate account creation, manage user accounts, process payments, improve our services, communicate updates, secure our platform, and comply with legal obligations.
We share your data only with your consent, for legal compliance, to provide LeadScore AI services, or in the event of business transfers. Payment processing is securely handled by Stripe.
If you give us your mobile number and tick the SMS consent checkbox on a LeadScore AI form, we use that number to send you text messages about the request you submitted: demo scheduling and reminders, free-trial onboarding and login help, replies to your enquiry, and occasional product updates or offers relevant to that request. Message frequency varies and is typically 2 to 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information, phone numbers collected for SMS, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is disclosed only to the messaging providers that transmit the messages on our behalf, such as our messaging platform and telecommunications carrier, and only to the extent needed to deliver the message. Those providers are contractually prohibited from using the information for any other purpose.
When you tick the SMS consent checkbox we record the mobile number, the date and time, the IP address, the page the form was on, and the exact wording of the consent text you agreed to. We retain that record for at least four years as evidence of consent, including after you opt out.
You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message from us. We send one final confirmation and then no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or email support@snapsuite.io. Opting out of SMS does not affect your account, and consent to receive SMS is never a condition of any purchase.
We never send SMS to numbers obtained from purchased, rented, or scraped lists, and we never accept SMS consent transferred to us from another company. Full program details are set out in our SMS Terms.
We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage, and improve LeadScore AI services. You can manage cookie settings in your browser.
We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this notice, typically no longer than 12 months after account inactivity.
We implement appropriate security measures, although no online transmission or storage method is entirely secure. Access the LeadScore AI platform at your own risk and within a secure environment.
We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age.
You can review, update, or delete your account information at any time by contacting us directly. You may also unsubscribe from marketing communications.
California residents may request information on personal data disclosures or exercise their rights under the CCPA by contacting us.
We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track browser signals.
We may update this privacy policy periodically. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting.
