Import Leads From a Spreadsheet
The fastest way to see LeadScore AI work is to feed it the list you already have. Imports run as tracked background jobs, so a 40,000-row file processes reliably while you do something else.

CSV or Excel both work. You do not need perfect columns — the guided import maps your fields and asks the right questions on the way in. Bring names, emails, phones, companies, and any context columns you have.
What Happens During Import
- Duplicates merge automatically — emails, phones, domains, and social handles act as identity keys
- Every email is verified at the provider level, catching hard bounces before they hurt deliverability
- Every phone number is normalized, with mobile and SMS-reachable detection
- Each validated lead is scored against your ICP, so the list arrives ranked, not just clean
Watch It, or Walk Away
Imports are server-side jobs with live progress and cancel. Close the tab, come back later — the work keeps going, and invalid records stay visible and flagged rather than silently deleted.
Import the whole book, not a sample. Dedupe and validation are exactly the chores you want the machine doing at full volume — and only unique, usable leads count toward your plan.
Try It on Your Own Leads.
Every guide is shorter in practice — import a list and see the workflow run.
